Q) Why didn’t I get an invoice for my monthly dues?
A) We use Quickbooks here at headquarters. Quickbooks generates an invoice, on the computer, to bill each member for their monthly dues. But, we have found that sending out invoices doesn’t usually give our members enough information, so we don’t even print them out. On the 25th of each month, we mail out a statement for each account. That way each member has an up-to-date statement that shows their account activity. If you need to pay off of an invoice #, there is one on the statement. We’ve found this to be the most helpful to our members. If you haven’t received your statement, feel free to contact us. We’ll get one out to you.
